Herriman Football helps out in a time of need

The Herriman football team has been out in the community assisting with recovery from the flood. Earlier today, Nick Staley decided that it would be great for the boys to answer the call for help from Cottonwood Heights, a good 30 minutes away from Herriman. He rounded up a good chunk of the team and off they went to serve others in need. The contingent should be even stronger tomorrow, as they will meet and once again spend their day filling sandbags to help control flooding. See the article about today's assistance, with a couple of quotes from Nick, who has earned an extremely high level of admiration from his coaches and teammates for making this wonderful contribution to those in need. We are very proud of you, Nick, and all of the other boys who answered the call!
